So Whip > Torch.
For Attack option
Damage = Fighter ATK - Target DEF
For Skills use
Damage = DP * SC - Target DEF
For Enemy
Damage = Fighter (ATK + SPL) - Target DEF
By default: 100 ms .
TP Time point - time measurement unit.
Time points can be calculated that way.
Can be set by player.
